Into the Raw Himalayas: Kinnaur – Lahaul – Spiti Valley

Tour Booking

An offbeat adventure through Himachal’s most remote and breathtaking landscapes

Embark on a thrilling journey through the untouched and rugged beauty of Kinnaur, Lahaul, and Spiti Valley — a high-altitude desert region that offers dramatic mountain views, ancient monasteries, and raw Himalayan charm.

    • Begin in Kinnaur, known for its lush valleys, apple orchards, and the unique confluence of Hindu and Buddhist cultures. Visit Kalpa, Sangla, and Chitkul — the last village before the Indo-Tibetan border.
    • Enter the surreal landscapes of Spiti Valley, often called "Little Tibet," where every turn reveals stark mountains, deep gorges, and timeless monasteries like Key Gompa and Tabo Monastery. Explore remote villages like Komic (Asia’s highest village), Langza, and Hikkim.
    • Cross over to Lahaul, recently opened to travelers with the Atal Tunnel, offering scenic drives, peaceful valleys, and snow-covered peaks. Visit Sissu and Gue, home to the naturally preserved mummy of a Buddhist monk.

Perfect for adventure seekers, photographers, and nature lovers, this high-altitude journey is both soul-stirring and humbling — a true escape into the heart of the Himalayas.
